Will is certified by the Law Society of Upper Canada as a Specialist in Civil Litigation. His practice focuses on complex professional liability litigation with related experience in professional discipline matters and quasi-criminal offences. He has written and spoken extensively on professional liability issues and has acted as counsel to the Law Society of Upper Canada on litigation matters.

In addition to his trial work, Will is experienced in mediation techniques and achieves a high rate of workable settlements for his clients in mediations.

Will is involved in intellectual property and information technology litigation.
