Victoria Stuart is a member of the Real Estate Group and the Securities Law Group. She has more than 25 years experience in transactional real estate and securities law with a particular expertise in real estate securities, including limited partnerships. Her experience with syndications and private placements makes her a valuable advisor to both public and private Canadian real estate funds.

Victoria represents clients in respect to a variety of private placements and tax-oriented limited partnership offerings. In this area she has developed expertise in limited partnership restructurings and takeovers, limited partnership dissolutions and divestitures.

Victoria is called to the bar in both Ontario and Alberta, and acts as lead counsel to clients on a variety of across Canada offerings and transactions.
